Getting vaccine certificates without taking the vaccine

Question

Will it be permissible to get the Yellow fever, covid and Meningitis certificate, without taking the vaccine for Hajj, umrah, and jamaat?

Answer

If you feel that this is safer for you and you do not feel safe with the vaccines then this is guarding yourself against harm.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
