Question

A woman wears a long dress and a burka while praying Salah. She is however, not wearing a trouser (her dress is long that covers her legs). Is this ok or does she have to wear a trousers also?

Answer

If her entire body is covered in loose fitting clothing which is not transparent, and when going into sajdah, no part of her body is exposed, then the salaah will be valid, though also wearing a pants is better.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
