Question

I have got one shop to rent in Pakistan. Can I rent it out to somebody who got the business of monitors (they import monitors from abroad and convert it into TV's and sell it) because last time I rented it out to somebody who was doing mobile phone business and he was selling some wrong stuff on mobile phones.

Answer

Avoid doing this.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
