Larki ki wafaat ke bad jahez ko kis ki mikiyyat me jaye?

Question

Agar larki ki shadi ke 3-4 saal baad death ho jaye cancer se. To larki ke bhai jahez ka samaan wapis maang saktey hain ya nahi? Larki ka bacha bhi nahi hy. Larke walon ne shadi ke waqat jahez ki demand nahi ki thi. Larki ke parents nahi hain. Kiya larki ke bhai jahez ki wapsi ki demand kar saktey hn ya nahi?

Answer

Aammatan jahez larki ki milkiyyat hoti he. Jab uski milkiyyat hoti he to larki ke intiqaal par uske wurasa ko diya jayega. Waaris me se eik khaawind hoga aur doosre to waalidayn aur aulaad he jabke woh sab zindah he.
