Husband taking wife's permission to issue divorce
Question
If a wife is not ready to divorce her husband then how can a husband take divorce?
Answer
The husband does not need the wife's permission to divorce. Whether she consents or not, if he issues a divorce, it will be valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
