Question

Is it permissible to greet or wish a non-mehram on EID?

Answer

Non-mahrams should not greet each other nor speak to each other, neither on the occasion of eid nor on any other occasion. Instead, they should observe purdah amongst themselves.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
