Question

Can I fulfill my qaza roza in the month of Muharram or should I do it in another month?

Answer

The qadha for one's missed fasts of Ramadhaan can be done in Muharram or in any month or any day besides the month of Ramadhaan and besides the days when fasting is prohibited (i.e. Eidul Fitr, Eidul Adha and three days after Eidul Adha).

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
