Does whistling call shaitaan?
Answer
It is wrong, it is the practice of kuffaar. And obviously the practices of the kuffaar will deprive you of the mercy of Allah Ta`ala and then you can be manipulated by shaytaan.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
