Question

Can a Muslim go out to view the new year's fireworks? Even if it be standing by his room window and watching the fireworks?

Answer

A Muslim should refrain from going to view the new year fireworks or even to look at it from one's room window as these things are displeasing to Allah Ta'ala and are against Islam.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
