Using medical insurance that is part of one's employment contract

Question

Can I use medical insurance provided to me by the company that I'm working as an employee for my purpose ?

Answer

If this is part of your employment contract, then since it is part of your salary which is due to you from the side of the company, it will be permissible for you to use it.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
