Using interest money to pay transfer duties
Question
In the case of a transfer of ownership of a property, can interest be used to pay the transfer duties (to SARS)?
Answer
If it is a fee that does not come with any service then some ulama say that it is alright to pay with interest.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
