Travel agent getting commission for customers taking travel insurance
Question
I am a travel agent. It is becoming a common practice to offer customers travel insurance. We get commission back if the customer takes it and forms part of our revenue. Can we use this commission?
Answer
Insurance is a combination of interest and gambling. So do you want to eat haraam and curse.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
