Question

Stationary items (e.g. pens and others ) with floral and geometric designs etc., are these permissible for women to use outside of the home?

What if the designs aren't quite visible/noticeable from a distance?

Answer

If it is going to be attracting impermissible attention or if it is done just for show or to impress people then it is not right.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
