Question

Is it permissible to read manzil without wudhu?

Answer

If one is reading by heart, it will be permissible. However, it is impermissible to read from the kitaab since the verses contained in the manzil are from the Qur'an.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
