Ijaazat for reciting a wazifa

Question

I would like to know if reciting ayaat 128-129 from surah towbah all day long with the intention for solving all my problems in my life is permissible or not and if one needs ijaazat from his sheikh for this amal if permissible?

Answer

For these types of things you do not need ijaazat.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
