Reciting behind the Imaam
Question
When reading fardh salaah behind an Imam, does one have to read surah fatihah even if the Imam is reading surah fatihah?
Answer
No. According to the Hanafi Mazhab, one should remain silent behind the imaam in all salaah (whether jahri salaah or sirri salaah).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
