Does the following constitute divorce
Question
My husband told me that I should remind him tomorrow morning to write it for me then I can go and marry who I like. Is this a divorce or an intention to divorce me if I remind him? The next morning he did not write it for me and did not say anything.
Answer
This is not a divorce.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
