Question

Can I offer salaah with my husband and do I have to recite iqamah to offer Salah only with him?

Answer

The husband will recite the iqaamah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

قوله ( لا للنساء ) أي لا يندب للنساء أذان ولا إقامة لأنهما من سنن الجماعة المستحبة قيد بالنساء أي جماعة النساء لأن المرأة المنفردة تقيم ولا تؤذن كما قدمناه وظاهر ما في السراج الوهاج أنها لا تقيم أيضا وأشار إلى أن العبيد لا أذان ولا إقامة عليهم لأنها من سنن الجماعة وجماعتهم غير مشروعة ولهذا لم يشرع التكبير عقبها أيام التشريق ذكره الشارح والله سبحابه ( ( ( سبحانه ) ) ) وتعالى أعلم (البحر الرائق 1/280)
