Reading Qur'aan Shareef with the meaning

Question

I used to read Quran sharif with the meaning and with that I used to read hadith books. I don't know where I have mistaken because since then when I read Quran sharif I can not sleep. please answer me.

Answer

Don’t read the Qur’aan Shareef with the meaning. Just recite the Qur’aan Shareef only without the meaning.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
