ID card ke baghair nikaah karna

Question

National identicard kay baghar nikkah ho jata ha kya? Mera ek dost woh nikah karna chata ha lekin jo larki ha woh 19 year old ha lekin age 4 saal kam karwai ha birth certificate mai.

Answer

Agar larki ke maa baap khush hai larke ke deen aur akhlaaq se, wo apni beti ka nikaah larke se karaa sakte.
