Question

Kia wudhu ke beghair touch mobile ya tablet ya computer per quran ko touch kar sakte hain?

Answer

Agar Qur'an screen ke upar likha huwa he to baghair wudhu phone ku pakar sakta he lekin Aayaat-e-Qur'an par haat ne lagae.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
