Question

My wife is mashallah pregnant and I dreamt my three baby boys were born in front of me and all babies were Alhumdulillah very healthy.

Answer

May Allah Ta'ala bless you with healthy, pious and accepted offspring.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
