Behn ke showhar ke saat na jaaiz taalluq

Question

Kisi ladki ke apni bahan ke shohar se najaiz taluqat hoon, us ladki ki shadi ke time uske najaaiz hamal ho jise usne nikah ke bad girva dia ho.

1. Kya uska nikah hua. Nahen to kya dobara nikah parhna parega?

2. Kya bad men uske bachon ki shadi uske behan ke bachon ke sath ho sakti hai?

Answer

Ye bohot bara gunaah he. Us ku chahia ke khoob Allah Ta'ala se towbah kare aur pukhta azam kare ke aainda ayse gunaah nahi karegi.

1. Nikaah huwa.

2. Hosakta he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
