Qadha namaaz waqti namaaz se pehle parhna chahia ya us ke ba'd?

Question

1. Agar kisi shaks ki asar ki namaz qaza ho gayi, aur jab use waqt mila to us ne dekha ke ab maghrib ka waqt bhi thora reh gaya he agar asar ki qaza pehle parhonga to maghrib ka waqt khatam ho jayega to isi soorat me pehle wo asar ki qaza parhe ya maghrib ki namaaz parhe?

2. Agar ayk namaaz qaza ho gayi aur ab doosri ka waqt ho to pehle wo namaaz parheinge jis ka waqt ho ga ya pehle wo namaaz parheinge jo qaza ho gayi he?

Answer

1. Pehle maghrib namaaz parhe, uske ba'd asr ki qadha.

2. Agar aadmi sahib-e-tarteeb ho to pehle qadha namaaz parhe, uske ba'd wo namaaz jis ka waqt ho. Owr agar sahib-e-tarteeb nahi he, to downo tarah jaaiz he. Saahib-e-tarteeb us aadmi ku kehte he jis ki qadhaa namaazo ki ta'daad che namaazo se kam ho. Us ke lia qadhaa namaazo ku tarteeb ke saat parhna zuroori he us namaaz se pehle jis ka waqt ho. Agar us ki qadhaa namaazo ki ta'daad che ho ya che se ziyaada ho to tarteeb ke saat parhna zuroori nahi he.
