Qasam towrne ka kaffara

Question

Agar koi aadmi Qur'an par hath rakh kar ye qasam khaye ke main aj ke bad nikaah nahi karonga phr wo kasam tore de to us ka kafara kia ho ga?

Answer

Is gunaah se aap Allah Ta'ala se towbah kare owr dil se pukhta azam kare ke aainda aap ye gunaah nahi karenge. Isy tarah qasam towrne ka kaffara ada kare. Qasam towrne ka kaffara ye he ke aadmi das miskeeno ko kapra pehnaai us qadr kapra jis me namaaz ho sakti ya das miskeeno ko sadaqatul fitr ke miqdaar ke baraabar pesa dow. Agar kisi ko is par qudrat ne ho, to teen din musalsal roza rakhe kaffara ki niyyat se.
