Question

if an unmarried girl died. She has a mother, three brothers and two sisters. How much would each one inherit?

Answer

The total estate will be divided into forty eight (48) equal shares. The mother will receive 8 shares each daughter will receive 5 shares and each brother will receive 10 shares.
