Question

after two divorce can third time wife take khulla verbally from her husband over the phone for example wife says to husband i want khulla and i want to return the mehr and "husband say i accept and give you khulla without any mehr returning i forgo the mehr be happy" is khula take place. jazakAllahokhair.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

If the husband says to his wife in response to her request for khula “I accept and give you Khula” then the Khula is valid.
