Missed Salah

Question

First Question:

Can a follower of Hanafi madhab who missed 2 year-long salat to make it up in the following way? He offers:

two missed fajr salats after the fajr prayer,

two missed zuhr salats after the zuhr prayer,

two missed asr salats after the asr prayer,

two missed maghrub salats after the maghrib prayer.

two missed isha salats, and then missed witrs salats after the isha prayer

So this way, he will complete his 2-year-long missed salats in one year. Is this valid?

Second Question:

Can he offer witr salat in 1 rak'a, rather than three, in imitation of other madhabs? If yes, how should he do it?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

1) The procedure of performing two missed salah after each present salah as explained by you is valid. The intention for each missed salah should be for example, for fajr salah say, this is my first missed fajr salah. Likewise specify for other salah as well zohr, asar etc

2) The witr qadha salah has to be performed according to the Hanafi method of witr salah.

والإشتغال بقضاء الفوائت أولى وأهم من النوافل إلا السنن المعروفة وصلاة الضحى[1] (طحطاوي على مراقى الفلاح ص363) و(رد المحتار 2\74) و(الفتاوى التاتارخانية 1\770)

وأَمَّا الْأَوْقَاتُ الَّتِي يُكْرَهُ فِيهَا التَّطَوُّعُ لِمَعْنًى فِي غَيْرِ الْوَقْتِ فَمِنْهَا : مَا بَعْدَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ إلَى صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ ، وَمَا بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ إلَى طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ ، وَمَا بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ إلَى مَغِيبِ الشَّمْسِ ، فَلَا خِلَافَ فِي أَنَّ قَضَاءَ الْفَرَائِضِ وَالْوَاجِبَاتِ فِي هَذِهِ الْأَوْقَاتِ جَائِزٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ كَرَاهَةٍ ، وَلَا خِلَافَ فِي أَنَّ أَدَاءَ التَّطَوُّعِ الْمُبْتَدَإِ مَكْرُوهٌ فِيهَا (بدائع الصنائع 2\294)

والنوع الثاني ينعقد فيه جميع الصلوات التي ذكرناها من غير كراهة ، إلا النفل والواجب لغيره فإنه ينعقد مع الكراهة ، فيجب القطع والقضاء في وقت غير مكروه (رد المحتار1\397)

قال أصحابنا: الوتر ثلاث ركعات بتسليمة واحدة في الأوقات كلها(بدائع الصنائع2\225) [2] وكذافي( التجريد 2\802) والدر المختار مع الشامي (2\532)

الوتر ثلاث ركعات لا يفصل بينهن بسلام " لما روت عائشة رضي الله عنها أن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام كان يوتر بثلاث (هداية 1\148)وكذافي (حاشية الطحطاري 1\397)
