Software developer for gambling websites

I posted this question on a different account where I put the wrong email.

So, I recently got a job in a software development industry as a software developer. However, the job relies on working for betting websites and systems. Betting is not allowed in islam by any means. As a software deevloper, I need a way to earn for a living, yes and a huge problem is that there are very very few open positions out there in my area, so it's almost impossible to get a normal software development job. I am genuinely concerned by everything as all of it is haram and I am not happily taking any money from it, but otherwise I don't know if there's a way for me to earn for a living. What I had an idea about was to stay working here for a while and then quit once I had enough experience to enter a different development company that doesn't deal with anything gambling related, but I feel that's very far away. I am without ideas and I am hoping to seek for advice here.
