Answer

Sa?eed ibn Jubayr (Radhiallaahu Anhu) says that Allah has the power to create everything with the blink of the eye. However, Allah in His Infinite Wisdom shows us that when we embark on any project, we must do so in measured steps, think and plan our course of action.

This is further substantiated by Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam), when he says, ?To work cautiously is a sign of Allah and hastiness is a sign of Shaytaan.?
