Question

مدارس کے طلباء کو کفارہ کا کھانا کھلانا جائز ہے یا نہیں؟

Answer

بصورتِ مسئولہ مدارس کے مسکین و فقیر طلباء کو کفارہ کا کھانا کھلانا جائز ہے، مالدار طلباء کو کھلانا جائز نہیں ۔

قال الله تعالى: ﴿فإطعام عشرة مساكين من أوسط ما تطعمون أهليكم﴾. (سورة المائدة: ۸۹).

در مختار میں ہے:
وكفارته

إطعام عشرة مساكين. (الدر المختار: ۳/۷۲۵، سعيد).

امداد الفتاوی میں مرقوم ہے:
فقراء کو کھلانا ضروری ہے اغنیاء کو کھلانا درست نہیں ۔ (امداد الفتاوی ۲/۵٦۰) ۔
