Purchasing a grave in advance
Question
Some people reserve a piece of land for their graves in their lives so that after their demise their graves could remain near their passed away relatives. My question is that keeping this thing in mind, is it permissible to do so? If not than is it permissible for any other reason?
Answer
The Fuqaha have written that it is makrooh for one to purchase the grave in advance.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
