Question

I would like to know if we can eat vegetables /fruits from my Hindu neighbours garden? Also can we eat the goodies sent during the year?

Answer

1. Yes

2. If through goodies you are referring to sweets and chocolates which they send to you as a gift, then it is permissible for you to accept it and consume it provided it is not the time of their religious festivals.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
