Khula' ke bad dowbara milna

Question

Khula ke baad iddat khatam ho janay ke baad kia shohar ruju kar sakta?

Answer

Iddat guzarne ke ba'd agar downo dowbara milna chahte, to naya nikaah parhaana zuroori he naye mahr ke saat. Downo ke lia naya nikaah karna us surat me jaaiz he jaha showhar ne khula se pehle koi talaaq nahi di ya ayk talaaq di. Lekin agar khula' se pehle showhar ne do talaaq di, to choonke ye khula' teesri talaaq hogai, to khula' ke ba'd downo ke lia nikaah karna jaaiz nahi hoga.
