Question

Mera mufti sahib se ye sawal ha ke ager mard kisi bhi sorat talaq nahi deta na he khula pe razi hota ha to orat kya kary?

Answer

Apne ilaaqe ki Jamiatul Ulama ke paas jaae owr un se madad lele. Zuroori tahqeeq karne ke bad agar wo dekhe ke showhar awrat ke huqooq owr nikaah ki zimmedaariya poori nahi kar rahe he owr ne biwi ku talaaq dena chahte he to wo nikaah ku faskh karenge.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
