Question

Can one perform janaazah salaah while wearing shoes?

Answer

It is permissible, provided there is no impurity on the shoes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

(قوله ستة) ... وأما الشروط التي ترجع إلى المصلي فهي شروط بقية الصلوات من الطهارة الحقيقة بدنا وثوبا ومكانا والحكمية وستر العورة والاستقبال والنية سوى الوقت (رد المحتار 2/207)

وقد قدمنا في باب شروط الصلاة أنه لو قام على النجاسة وفي رجليه نعلان لم يجز ولو افترش نعليه وقام عليهما جازت وبهذا يعلم ما يفعل في زماننا من القيام على النعلين في صلاة الجنازة لكن لا بد من طهارة النعلين كما لا يخفى (البحر الرائق 2/193)

ولو قام على النجاسة وفي رجليه نعلان أو جوربان لم تجز صلاته لأنه قام على مكان نجس ولو افترش نعليه وقام عليهما جازت الصلاة بمنزلة ما لو بسط الثوب الطاهر على الأرض النجسة وصلى عليه جاز (البحر الرائق 1/282)
