The law of a Saahib-e-tarteeb
Question
If I missed six or more Salaah in total then I am not a Saahib-e-tarteeb. What if I perform all my qadha Salaah? Will I become a Saahib-e-tarteeb again?
Answer
If you complete all your qadha Salaah, you will once again become a Saahib-e-tarteeb.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

(ولا يعود) لزوم الترتيب (بعد سقوطه بكثرتها) أي الفوائت (بعود الفوائت إلى القلة ب) سبب (القضاء) لبعضها على المعتمد لأن الساقط لا يعود
قال الشامي: (قوله بكثرتها) متعلق بسقوطه، وقوله بعود الفوائت متعلق بقوله ولا يعود، وقوله بالقضاء متعلق بقوله بعود الفوائت إلى القلة ط. (قوله بسبب القضاء لبعضها) كما إذا ترك رجل صلاة شهر مثلا ثم قضاها إلا صلاة ثم صلى الوقتية ذاكرا لها فإنها صحيحة اهـ بحر وقيد بقضاء البعض لأنه لو قضى الكل عاد الترتيب عند الكل كما نقله القهستاني (قوله على المعتمد) هو أصح الروايتين وصححه أيضا في الكافي والمحيط، وفي المعراج وغيره وعليه الفتوى. وقيل يعود الترتيب واختاره في الهداية. ورده في الكافي والتبيين، وأطال فيه البحر. (قوله لأن الساقط لا يعود) وأما إذا قضى الكل فالظاهر أنه يلزمه ترتيب جديد فلا يقال: إنه عاد تأمل. (رد المحتار 2/70)
