Question

Meri ek sal pehle sadi hui thi sadi me fatwa nahi padaya hua tha Na hi manjuri li just nikah Nama me sine hua tha aur wo kagjat ka registration bhi nahi hua ab meri family ne tlak dilwa diya par wo larka nahi dene mang rha tha usme ek tlak diya aur baki divorce papers par sine huye they ab me phir usi k pas Jana cahti hu dono ki rjamandi h to me ab kaise jau waha ap pls btaye.

Answer

Agar divorce papers par baaqi do talaaq diye gaye to ye aapke liye haraam hogaya aur aap uske paas nahi jaa sakti.
