Waraasat ki taqseem

Question

Agr aurat ka intekaal ho jayai aur wo apnai peechai shoher, aik baita, 4 baitiyaan chorai tu us ki warasat in 6 wursa mai kaisai takseem ho gee.

Answer

Uski meeraath ko 24 hisse me taqseem karle aur is tarah taqseem kare:

Shohar ko 6 hisse milega
Betha ko 6 hisse milega
Har bethi ko 3 hisse milegi

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
