Meeraath ki taqseem

Question

Hum 3 bhai he aur 2 behne he. Meri walida zinda he aur walid saheb intiqal kar gaye he 10 saal pehle. Mera sawaal yeh he ke agar hamaari property he 1000000 (1 caror) ki to wo kis hisab se taqseem hoge?

Answer

Wiraasat ko 64 baraabar hisse me taqseem ki jaayegi aur is tareeqah se taqseem hogi:

Biwi ko 8 hisse milegi

Har larka ko 14 hisse milega

Larki ko 7 hisse milegi

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
