Muajjal haqq-e-mahr ko adaa karna

Question

Ager muajjal haq mehar mai 10 suparay farz likhay jaien to kia iss ki value hai aur ager larka larki ko divorce de to kia yeh muajjal haq mehar adda karna paray ga?

Answer

Ye 10 suparay ka kya matlab. Agar matlab ho ke das siparah larki ko sikhaayega to uska haq poora huwa nahi.
