Agar larki apnay maikay mai apnay ghar walon se milnay k liye ayi hai aur isi doran mian biwi ka jhagra ho jata hai aur shohar biwi ko wapis ghar lanay se inkar kar dey aur us se rabta bhi khatam kar dey jub k biwi baat karna chah rahi hai aur shohar baat nahi kar raha larki k ghar walay samjhayen bhi par phr b larka na manay aur is sorat hal ko kafi waqt bhi guzzar jaye phr bhi larka rabta na karay aur phr tng aa kar larki k ghar walay talaaq ka mutalba karen tou kya is surat mai larki ko haq mehar wapis karna paray ga q k larkay k ghar walay kehtay hain talaaq larki ne mangi hai is liye wo haq mehar ka haq nahi rakhti jub k shohar biwi se na baat karta hai na milnay ata hai aur na he jhagray ko khatam karnay ki khoshish karta hai..aur talaq k mutalbay k baad talaq denay par bhi razi ho jata hai par haq mehar wapis mangta hai tou kya aesa karna sahi hai?

Answer

Haq mehr uska haq he. Usko apna haq se mahroom karna jaaiz nahi.
