Is forcing the wife to have sexual relations regarded as rape?
Question
With all due respect, I would like to ask if a wife is not in condition (emotionally or physically) to have intercourse with husband. Can a husband still have intercourse even if it looks like a rape or if husband is angry and does the action forcefully without any consent or willingness of wife. What does shariah say about it.
Answer
This is not rape.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
