Husband forcing the wife to have relations in her menses

Question

My friend is married and her husband is troubling her to have sexual intercourse in her periods. Please advise.

Answer

She must refuse. The command of Allah Ta`ala takes preference over everything else.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
