Iddat of a pregnant woman
Question
I am divorced for 2 months, 1 month pregnant. Is it permissible to make nikah or do you have to wait for idath to be over?
Answer
The iddat of a pregnant woman ends with the delivery of the child. After the child has been delivered you may contract a nikaah if you wish.
