The ruling for a person who did not pelt during the days of pelting
Question
What is the shar’ee ruling regarding a person who did not pelt at all during the days of pelting?
Answer
One damm will be waajib upon him.

وكذا لو أخر الكل إلى الرابع فإذا غربت شمس الرابع ولم يرم سقط الرمي ولزمه دم (منحة الخالق 2/375)
وكذا لو أخر الكل إلى الرابع ما لم تغرب شمسه فلو غربت سقط الرمي ولزمه دم (رد المحتار 2/521)
