Issuing a talaaq after talaaq-e-baain

Question

In a baain talaq, after the talaq the nikah is immediately over. If the husband gives the wife another talaq in this iddat, does it go through?

Answer

Yes.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
