Nikaah me larki ki ijaazat

Question

Kiya nikaah ke waqt larki qabool ki jaga ijazat he bol sakti he agar is se pocha he yun jaye ke aap ki ijazat he? Is se nikaah pe to koyi farq nahi parhta?

Answer

Agar larki ne kehdiya ke aap meri nikaah karado aur ijaazat he aur phir nikaah kiya gaya to nikaah saheeh he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
