Question

Is divorce during pregnancy halaal? If a husband thinks he cannot move on with his relationship with his wife, can he divorce his wife during pregnancy? Whether yes or no, in either case, please explain when will the iddat terminate.

Answer

Yes it is permissible.

If the husband divorces his wife while she is pregnant, her iddat will terminate when she delivers the child.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
