Talaaq

Question

1. Kisi se apni biwi ko talaq ke bare me discuss kiya ho aur ye kaha ho ke me ne faisla kar liya he tu kiya aise talaq ho jati he?

2. Aur biwi ko ye kaha ho ke tum permanently meke me shift ho jau, jab ke use koi alfaz nahi kahe to kia talaq howi?

Answer

1. Agar talaaq ki niyyat thi to eik talaaq baain he.

2. Agar talaaq ki niyyat thi to talaaq baain ho jaaye.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
